You must be 18 years or older to create a Skipper account and represent a team, organization, or parent/legal guardian of a minor athlete. By using the service, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

3. Services Provided

Skipper is a platform for:

  • Planning youth sports travel

  • Booking hotels or accommodations via third-party services

  • Managing rosters and communication

  • Creating and viewing team schedules

We are not a travel agency, hotel operator, or booking guarantor. Skipper facilitates coordination, but final transactions may be handled by third-party providers.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Skipper may refer you to booking providers or facilitate group rates.

  • You are solely responsible for verifying booking details before confirming.

  • All refunds, cancellations, and disputes are subject to the policies of the travel providers or vendors involved.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account secure

  • Managing who can access your team dashboard

  • Ensuring communications with parents and teams comply with applicable laws

Skipper is not responsible for any content, messages, or information shared by users within the platform.

6. Data & Privacy

By using Skipper, you consent to our Privacy Policy and the use of anonymized, aggregate data for product improvement, analytics, or research purposes. We do not sell personally identifiable information without explicit consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform

  • Reverse engineer or resell Skipper services

  • Use Skipper to coordinate or promote any illegal or harmful activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skipper is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We are not liable for:

  • Booking errors, missed reservations, or vendor disputes

  • Third-party service outages

  • Any indirect or consequential damages from your use of the platform

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services, if any, within the past 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
